Snackbar duty is a great opportunity to meet other team parents.

A Snackbar Crew consists of four (4) volunteers.

Volunteers may be male or female over the age of 18.

Please do not bring children - they will not be allowed in the Snackbar. Please note - League boardmembers are exempt from this rule based on the number of days/hours they spend at Bill Allen Field. Please contact a Team Mom if childcare during your assigned duty is an issue.

The Cougar Snackbar Crew time slot will be either before or after Cougar games. 

You may enter the Bill Allen Field snack bar by going around behind the fence.

Volunteers will never have to work when their player is on the field. However, the time between games is also the busiest time for snackbar sales. If a Cougar game is about to start, please know the next group of volunteer parents is making their way to relieve you as quickly as possible.

Unless we are the Snackbar Crew for the first game of the day, there is no fixed start and finish times for Snackbar Crew duty. Games may run behind schedule by as much as thirty (30) minutes.

If our assignment is before our game - Please arrive for snack bar duty promptly - at least  fifteen (15) minutes prior to our assigned time. Our Coaches may have to work in your place until your arrival.  This means the coaches may have less time to prepare the Cougars for the game.

If our assignment is after our game - Please arrive for snack bar duty  as soon as possible after our game. Please do not wait for the Coach's team meeting to end. Other volunteer parents are waiting for you so they may get out and see their players game or to go home. 

Snackbar Crew members get a complimentary beverage during their shift.

Due to league insurance reasons, only boardmembers are permitted in the back where hot foods are prepared. Cougar Snackbar Crews only work the counter.

If you have a preference or know certain dates you cannot work, please contact a Team Mom as soon as possible.

If a game is canceled, you are reassigned for Snackbar duties to the date that game is rescheduled.
