Cougar Weather Plan

If you do not hear specifically about our Cougar game or practice on a Cancellation Line, please assume that it is on and go to the field!

When weather threatens:

1. Frequently call the correct Cancellation Line number and listen to a current recording
   • Call the correct number for practices vs. games
   • Loudoun County PRCS controls access to the Guilford Elementary School practice field
   • LLBFL controls access to the Bill Allen Field
   • Count-controlled fields can close when Bill Allen Field remains open, and vice-versa
   • Be aware that Bill Allen Field Cancellation Line message may not be updated in time for the games
2. Monitor your email if possible
3. Keep your cell phone accessible
4. Be sure to dress your player and your family appropriately
