Parent Preparation Responsibilities

Hydration –  please have your player drink plenty of water the night before and all day leading up to practices and games; for preseason training, this means a minimum of three glasses before 3 pm the day of practice and at least two glasses of water after practice

Nutrition –  please feed your player prior to practice

Mouthpiece –  please double check  that your player has his mouthpiece -  black or dark in color - attached to the helmet and fitting properly before leaving home for games and practices
 

Parent Punctuality Responsibilities

Pre-practice Arrival –  please have your player to the field ten (10) minutes before the practice start time

Pre-game Arrival –  please have your player at the field forty-five (45) minutes before kickoff for warm-ups and drills

Transportation –  please contact the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , the Team Mom, or another parent if your player needs a ride to or from a practice or game

Absences most of our players have not played tackle football before, and although flag football is great preparation, the physical and mental demands are much greater in tackle football; as the learning curve for our group is extremely steep, missing practices will set each player and the team behind
